Hardware Testing & Validation
We plan practical checks for RF circuits, electronic hardware and prototypes. The agreed scope defines what is measured, the operating conditions, setup responsibilities and how observations are recorded and reviewed.
Engineering Scope
- Test objectives linked to agreed requirements
- PCB bring-up, power-up checks and debugging
- Project-relevant RF measurements
- Functional and subsystem-interface testing
- Prototype verification and troubleshooting
- Test procedures and repeatable checks where useful
Potential Deliverables
Deliverables, file formats and verification activities are determined during project scoping.
- Agreed test plan and recorded observations
- Identified issues and recommended next steps
- Test procedures or fixture-development files where specifically agreed
A good fit for
- Checking a new prototype or board revision
- Investigating faults or integration issues
- Defining practical verification checks for a development stage
How an engagement works
- Share what you have — an idea, requirements, a prototype or existing design files.
- Engineering review — an engineer assesses scope, risks and the practical next step.
- Quotation - where the work is feasible, we agree scope, deliverables, price and timeline.
- Agreed engineering work — coordinate directly with our engineering team by email.

Hardware Testing — frequently asked questions
What can prototype validation establish?
Agreed measurements and functional checks provide evidence about the tested hardware and conditions. They help identify issues and guide design changes; wider operating conditions require their own agreed checks.
How are EMI/EMC requirements handled?
EMI/EMC requirements may inform circuit, PCB and integration decisions. Formal testing is coordinated separately with qualified external providers where appropriate.
Can you test hardware designed elsewhere?
We review the design information, test objectives and required setup before agreeing measurements, debugging or prototype-verification work.
