Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiries — the contact and project information you enter in Start a Project, including any optional technical details you choose to provide.
• Security checks — Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions.
• Project records — for an active project, records may include messages, files, quotations and project status history.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, assess the engineering scope, prepare quotations and keep you updated on work you've requested. Security checks help protect the form from spam and abuse. Newsletter sign-up is currently unavailable. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it's processed and stored

The website server on Vercel processes your enquiry and verifies the Turnstile security token with Cloudflare. Our verification request does not include your name, email address or project description. After validation, the server sends the enquiry through Brevo's transactional email service to the CircuitXDesigners team at circuitxdesigners@gmail.com. The message and subsequent correspondence are held in the team's Gmail mailbox; Brevo processes the message for delivery. These providers may also retain operational records under their own policies. Team members handling your enquiry can access the correspondence.

The public enquiry form does not create a Firestore lead or upload files. Existing project records and account information use Firebase services separately from this public enquiry flow.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry correspondence and project records while needed to respond to your enquiry or provide the requested service. We do not publish a fixed retention period. You may request deletion by contacting us; legal or operational retention needs and provider-held copies may apply.

Confidential project information

The public enquiry form does not accept file uploads. Avoid sending confidential or restricted technical data through the form. You may ask about an NDA before sharing sensitive material; any agreement must be reviewed and executed before confidential files are sent.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction or deletion of information you submitted, and may withdraw consent for future use where applicable. Email circuitxdesigners@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as reasonably practical; no response-time guarantee is currently published.

Cookies and browser storage

The project enquiry form temporarily saves an in-progress draft in browser session storage; it clears the draft after successful submission or when the browser session ends. Turnstile tokens are not saved in that draft. Cloudflare Turnstile performs the security check described above; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for its data-handling information. Firebase authentication may store a sign-in session for team users. The website does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies.
