Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 September 2026. These terms govern your use of circuitxdesigners.in, customer accounts and the information you submit through them.
Scope
These terms cover the circuitxdesigners.in website, the Start a Project form and the customer dashboard. They are not a service agreement — engineering engagements are governed by a separate, mutually agreed statement of work or contract, which takes precedence over these terms.
Customer accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Use a real email address you can verify — it's how we reach you about your project. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to misuse the site.
Submissions, estimates and quotations
Information you submit is used to prepare a technical and commercial response. Estimates shared in conversation are preliminary. A quotation sent through your dashboard sets out the proposed scope, price and timeline; accepting it in the dashboard tells us you want to proceed, and the engagement is confirmed once the corresponding statement of work or agreement is in place. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Files you upload
Only upload files you have the right to share. Files are stored privately and are visible to you and our engineering team only. Files are limited to 25 MB each, and web page or script files can't be uploaded.
Intellectual property
Designs, documents and files you share remain your property. Ownership of new work product created during an engagement is defined in the project agreement, not by these terms.
Confidentiality and NDAs
We treat submitted project information as confidential and use it only to respond to you and carry out requested work. We're happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive documentation — request one via Contact or in the Start a Project form.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to submit unlawful content, upload malware, attempt to access other customers' data or the admin area, or send spam through the forms.
Limitation of liability
Content on this website — including engineering demonstrations, guides and FAQs — is general information and not engineering advice for your specific project until a formal engagement is in place. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL with its date above. Questions can be sent to circuitxdesigners@gmail.com.
