Smart Battery Sensor
A compact BLE-connected sensor for monitoring battery pack health.
Challenge: Measure cell temperature and voltage continuously while running for months on a small cell.
Approach: Low-power MCU with a duty-cycled BLE broadcast, sized against a real power budget from the first schematic revision.
ESP32 Prototype → Production PCB
Taking a breadboard ESP32 proof of concept and converting it into a manufacturable, single-board design.
Challenge: A working breadboard demo with no path to a producible board.
Approach: Re-architected around a castellated module, consolidated the wiring loom into a two-layer PCB, and validated against the original firmware.
